Cluberly has formed a collaborative strategic partnership with Aspire Social Value CIC to deepen, structure and evidence the social impact generated across our platform and affiliate network. This partnership formalises Aspire’s role as our embedded social value partner, ensuring that as Cluberly scales commercially, our social value delivery scales with equal credibility, compliance and measurable outcomes.
Aspire Social Value CIC is a specialist Community Interest Company focused on social value strategy, employment and skills delivery, ESG alignment and impact measurement. Operating across the corporate, construction, housing, education and VCSE sectors, Aspire supports organisations to translate procurement commitments and ESG ambitions into structured, auditable programmes that deliver tangible social and economic outcomes.
Social value is no longer a peripheral consideration. It is embedded within public procurement frameworks, corporate ESG reporting, supply chain compliance and investor due diligence. Aspire exists to ensure that organisations move beyond high-level commitments and into consistent, evidenced delivery.
For Cluberly, this partnership strengthens three critical dimensions of our model.
First, governance and compliance. Aspire provides alignment with recognised social value frameworks and ensures that delivery programmes meet safeguarding, reporting and regulatory expectations. As Cluberly works with corporates, housing associations, sports clubs and charities, this governance layer enhances confidence among commissioners, funders and strategic partners.
Second, operational delivery capability. Aspire works within a wider consortium model that includes specialist organisations focused on social value measurement, community project matching, inclusive recruitment and nationwide skills delivery. Through relationships with bodies such as HACT, MatchMyProject, the Construction Skills Consortium and Good People, Aspire is able to mobilise employment pathways, apprenticeship programmes, inclusive recruitment pipelines and community engagement initiatives at scale.
This is particularly important for Cluberly affiliates that require structured support in delivering measurable outcomes. Whether an affiliate is a grassroots sports club, a charity, an education provider or a corporate partner, Aspire can design and coordinate programmes that align with employment, skills and wellbeing priorities while ensuring compliance with procurement standards.
Third, impact measurement and SROI reporting. Aspire applies recognised frameworks, including HACT-aligned wellbeing valuation and Social Return on Investment modelling. This allows social value generated through the Cluberly ecosystem to be monetised and evidenced in a way that is meaningful for corporate ESG reporting and public sector commissioning.
The partnership operates as a closed-loop model. Cluberly provides the digital infrastructure, including our community engagement app and corporate social value expense card. Aspire ensures that the funding generated through those mechanisms is directed into structured programmes with defined inputs, outputs and measurable outcomes. Evidence is captured, reported and aligned to recognised frameworks.
For affiliates, this offers practical benefits. Organisations that may lack in-house social value expertise can access structured programme design, reporting dashboards and governance oversight. This enables smaller charities, sports clubs and community groups to present credible social value propositions to corporates and commissioners — something that is increasingly required within competitive funding and procurement environments.
The collaboration also includes monthly masterclasses and engagement sessions delivered to employers, VCSE organisations and supply chain partners. These sessions demonstrate how financial inclusion, workforce wellbeing and community funding can be embedded into everyday business practice. Through Aspire’s wider network activation, Cluberly and its affiliates gain access to warm introductions across corporates, housing associations, anchor institutions and local authorities.
Importantly, Aspire’s approach is rooted in practical delivery. Its programmes address employment pathways for priority groups, apprenticeship optimisation, inclusive recruitment, workforce development and community capacity building. This ensures that the social value generated through Cluberly is not theoretical but grounded in real-world outcomes.
Liz Obertelli, Director of Social Impact at The Cluberly App Limited, commented:
“Aspire provides the strategic and operational spine behind our social value proposition. As we grow, it is essential that our impact remains measurable, compliant and credible. This partnership ensures that every pound flowing through our ecosystem can be connected to structured delivery and evidenced outcomes.”
Kevin Everett, Director of Aspire Social Value CIC, added:
“Cluberly brings innovative digital infrastructure; Aspire ensures that impact is designed, delivered and reported to recognised standards. Together we are building a scalable ecosystem where doing business automatically generates measurable community benefit.”
For Cluberly, this collaboration reinforces a central principle: digital innovation must be matched by governance and evidence. By working closely with Aspire Social Value CIC and its broader partner network, we are strengthening the foundations of our social impact model — ensuring that affiliates across sport, education, charity and corporate sectors can access structured support and deliver outcomes that are both meaningful and measurable.
